The School provides an inspiring, safe space to explore the beauty of the physical body and the many ways it can move — training strength and flexibility, as well movement free-flow expressed in dance and yoga. We work to provide teachers the experience the many benefits of inspiring students to stretch and breathe, dance and move.

50-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course
We offer an intense 1 week teacher training course.
You will learn the art of yoga, meditation, asana sequencing, Pranayama.
This course will be held at our beautiful studio located in the gorgeous mountain town of Pagosa Springs Colorado.
We do have lodging accommodations for the training cost at $250/week.
Certified Yoga teacher, aerial artist, pole dancer, Mother of 4, has been practicing the art of movement for almost 2 decades. She has had the privilege of studying with the amazing Angela Farmer, Dharma Mittra, Jordan Bloom, Sea side Yoga, Grace yoga, Geo yoga, As well as Pacific school of Massage and healing arts. Her intention as a teacher is to explore the many ways the body can benefit from free flow movement, yoga and dance. As a teacher it is her passion to break beyond the limiting beliefs and programed thinking we all are exposed to in this wonderful thing we call life.
Elly Osmera grew up in Pagosa Springs, CO and has traveled extensively but has never lost touch with her roots. Elly possesses a devotional teaching style, encouraging students to connect with their spiritual hearts finding their inner truth and self. Yoga has been a part of her life for over twenty years. Elly has been fortunate to fully immerse in yogic life through a trip to Bali where she attended a 200 hour teacher training, in the spring of 2009, from Frog Lotus International. She is extremely grateful to be a student of Jacqueline Heisel. Over the the Year of 2013 she had the pleaser of studying this Sheryl McGourty & Michele Lawrence at the Yoga Durango Teacher Tarining, learning an all encompassing practice of Ayurveda, History of yoga, and how to apply this to her life and her students, her and her husband shared this experience, witch has helped deepen her practice. Her classes are filled with Asana, vinyasa flow, pranayama and study from the yogic texts. With an extensive anatomy background, developed from her massage therapy training, she is helping clients recover form injury, and improving quality of life. Elly offers a moving meditation practice with emphasis on alignment and philosophy.
